Alright, just put the rails code for the blog engine online. Of course this means I also have to write the first post.

I guess I *could* have installed a superior blogging engine like Wordpress. But this was fun to code myself. Maybe next should be some form of rss feeding or something.

So what's new today? Well, apparently a part of the roof of the Ibn Batutta mall here in Dubai came down. That building is less than three years old. Kind of makes me wonder about the quality of the other buildings that are put up here at such high speeds.

A few more weeks to go and I'll be moving to Jakarta. I'll stil be in and out of Dubai I think. From time to time. This is after all not a bad place to do business, but I wouldn't want to live here.
